Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance (QA) is placed on all project activities particular professional expertise, which is fundamental to long-term project quality. We give top priority to human reliability because the quality of services provided by our firm is closely related to and determined by human performance.

 

In our construction Feasibility Studies and Technical Assistance Projects, the core of the quality assurance is a combination of detailed internal and external monitoring and evaluation of projects, which are aimed at identifying and producing the needs, requirement and possibilities to the taste of the Client.

 

We implement this programme in accordance with the provisions of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Code ISO 9001: 1994; QUALITY SYSTEMS – MODEL FOR QUALTITY ASSURANCE. This is carried out to enable continuous improvement in quality and fitness for purpose in all the firm’s undertakings. Moreover, our quality goal is doing the right thing and doing it right the first time, on time, so to meet Client’s expectations and needs. The firm has also developed an in-house quality system geared towards the most efficient performance of our work. Aspects of the quality system include; Project Quality Plan, Company procedures Manual, Quality Assurance Functions, Quality Control, Design Review, Document Control and Quality Improvement/Feedback.

 

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION AND COMPOSITION FOR PROJECT TEAMS

The selection and composition of our project team are based on the following criteria:

  • The need for the effective utilization of qualified and experienced professionals.
  • The need to provide adequate technical and logistic support to fulfill the specific task within the time allocated to it.
  • The need to create a close working relationship between the consortium’s Team and the Project implementation Unit of the Client’s Organization.
  • The need to provide quality service based on the requirement for Quality Assurance (QA) in engineering service.
  • The interdependencies of the tasks involved and their nature.
  • The utilization of team members who have a working understanding for the project area.
